The author was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and now resides in Saint Michaels, Maryland. An avid golfer for decades, he is the current president of the TBA Tour. He started writing novels purely for enjoyment in 2020. He delights in writing interesting and enjoyable novels without curse words or explicit content, thereby creating a wholesome experience for the reader. The author moved with his family from Shreveport to Maryland in 1940. He Graduated Oxon Hill High School in 1953 as Class President and served in the US NAVY Reserves for eight years (1953 to 1961). He married his high school sweetheart in 1954 and together they have four children, five grand-children and two great-grand-children. A self-employed small business owner, the author opened a construction business 1955 and ran it for twenty-five years. During this time, he also held several distinguished community roles including Master of Anacostia Masonic Lodge, President of South Gate Lions Club, and President of Maryland VIP Club.
